REQUIREMENTS:
The following skills are required:

• Ability to interpret and apply national, regional, and municipal regulations

The search is aimed at Engineers/Architects in the Province of Pesaro and Rome who, in support of technicians with many years of experience, will follow design and construction site management activities.

The resource, inserted within the technical office in a dynamic and proactive working group, managed by a designated PM, will have to deal with the acquisition of the data necessary for the drafting of documents and reports in the environmental/permitting field.

REQUIREMENTS:
The following skills are required:

• Excellent knowledge of 2D CAD software and good knowledge of 3D CAD software
• Knowledge of BIM (Revit or similar programs) and GIS is a preferred qualification
• Excellent command of accounting programs (Primus or similar)
• Good knowledge of structural calculation software (CDSWin, Prosap, SAP 2000, ETABS or similar)
• Excellent proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to interpret and apply national, regional, and municipal regulations
• Experience in site management is considered a preferred requirement
• Focus on objectives, ability to work in a team, proactivity, and coordination skills
• Initiative, orientation towards growth and professional development
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Italian (primary language) and a fluent level of English (B2)
• Possession of a category B driving license Immediate availability to start the working relationship

CAD designers to be integrated into the design department. The resources, integrated into the technical office within a dynamic and proactive work group, will be responsible for designing and creating 2D graphic documents in accordance with company standards and procedures, respecting the terms provided by the project budget.

REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate, with at least two years of experience in the role, is a precise and reliable person. They must possess good organizational skills and time management abilities, methodical approach, and respect for deadlines. Additionally, the following are required:

• Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or Architecture or a technical diploma (preferably in Surveying);
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and the Microsoft 365 suite (Office);
• Knowledge of GIS and 3D CAD software is a preferential title;
• Excellent predisposition to teamwork;
• Initiative, orientation towards growth, and professional development.

TYPE OF CONTRACT:
Possibility of a permanent contract. The type of job and remuneration will be commensurate with the actual skills of the candidates. Immediate availability to start the employment relationship is required.
